Jennifer West
Jennifer has been in the insurance industry for 21 years. She has been an active LSP with Allstate since 2013 and has been in a management role since 2016. She has been nationally recognized by Allstate corporate for her sales, number 2 in her territory, and has managed a team that has secured the top 5 positions of Allstate contests. Her average premium is 35k monthly while training and managing a sales staff of 5 LSP’s, and has written 76k and 80 items monthly when she was selling exclusively.
Because of this success, Allstate corporate invited her to be part of the creation of the quoting platform that is now used nationally and known as Advisor Pro. For one month she sat with the web development team in Virginia and helped create the talk paths and user experiences that are now used today. Additionally, she was part of the beta testing for Allstate Lead Manager, Allstate’s preferred software for outbound marketing. She was instrumental in suggesting the tools within that software that are used today.
