Jennifer West
Founder
Originally from Long Island, New York, Jennifer West moved to Northern Virginia in 2003 and now resides in Cave Spring, Virginia, with four of her children. Her oldest son lives in Woodbridge, Virginia, and works at an IT company. Jennifer has been in the insurance industry since 1999, selling all lines of insurance until 2020. She was recognized as the number one sales producer in 2017 and spent two years managing a mega agency in Columbia, Maryland.
In December 2020, Jennifer founded Agents of Change Training Center, a company dedicated to hiring, training, and coaching insurance producers. She works with top agents across the nation to enhance productivity and streamline daily processes. Looking ahead, Jennifer plans to open an insurance agency in March 2025, leveraging her extensive experience to drive its growth.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys the beach, movies, and spending time with her children. Her bucket list includes vacationing in Italy and eventually living in Colorado.
Tim Gilbert
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tim Gilbert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life insurance across multiple states since 1996, Tim successfully built a scratch agency into a mega agency within 10 years. Over the years, he has merged, acquired, and sold multiple agencies, gaining invaluable experience in the process.
Tim has served in a variety of roles, including service, sales, staff training, and corporate management. He thrives on solving real-life challenges in the insurance industry and helping others overcome obstacles with creative solutions.
When not working, Tim enjoys spending time on the water, whether fishing, crabbing, or simply relaxing.
Marianne Humphrey
President
Marianne Humphrey brings a wealth of industry knowledge in sales, training, and recruiting. She is a developer of top-tier talent, utilizing skills and resources gained from decades of experience in business development, management, sales, and operations.
Marianne embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering strong relationships and striving to improve all aspects of operations by collaborating closely with stakeholders. She has been recognized multiple times for exceeding sales and operational targets, and she is a firm believer in the team concept, ensuring that every individual contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Jessica Frock
